Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 10, 2026. Standard commercial conditions governing hardware acquisitions and telemetry server access.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern the acquisition of tracking hardware, walkie-talkies, CCTV equipment, biometric terminals, and access to the web/mobile telematics dashboards hosted by MANRAAJS Industries Pvt. Ltd.
By issuing a purchase order, registering hardware on our tracking servers, or downloading associated management software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Telemetry Subscriptions
Certain GPS tracking and surveillance systems operate on subscription structures to cover cellular SIM card data bandwidth and cloud server processing:
- Subscription Renewal: Platform licenses are billed annually in advance. Failure to renew telemetry subscriptions will result in automated temporary device transmission shutdown.
- Network Signal Availability: GPS data packet transmission is dependent on third-party mobile network service providers. MANRAAJS is not responsible for data blackouts in zero-network regions.
3. Hardware Warranty
We stand behind our industrial-grade components:
- All GPS devices and surveillance terminals are covered under our standard 12-month replacement/repair warranty from the date of supply.
- Warranty is voided in cases of physical breakage, liquid ingress, unauthorized device modifications, electrical surges, or tampering with the security seals.
4. Installation & Site Safety
To ensure system integrity, compliance safety, and correct hardware operation:
Vehicle GPS trackers, biometric locks, and surveillance systems must be installed by certified MANRAAJS technicians or authorized engineering partners. We accept no liability for vehicle warranty voidance or wiring shorts resulting from self-installations.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws:
MANRAAJS Industries Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, cargo loss, fleet downtime, or data loss) arising from hardware failures, sensor inaccuracies, or network disconnections.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are constructed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal actions, arbitrations, or operational disputes arising under this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
