• Surveillance Feeds: Live camera feeds, recorded DVR footage, and snapshot media stored on our cloud systems or customer servers.

• Providing real-time route optimization, alert systems, and compliance reporting (e.g., school bus notifications and AIS140 portal sync).
• Maintaining client accounts, handling support tickets, and managing licensing structures.

Due to the critical nature of GPS telematics and security surveillance, specific safeguards are built into our system architecture:

Video & Biometric Feeds: All video streams from CCTV surveillance and biometric attendance templates are encrypted end-to-end. We do not access or audit video footage unless explicitly requested for technical troubleshooting.

Data Storage Retention: Real-time telematics location logs are archived on a rolling basis (typically 90 days) unless longer periods are mandated by regulatory compliance or customer enterprise packages.

We prioritize your data security and implement commercial-grade protection benchmarks:

• Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or lease your telemetry or account data. Data is shared with government agencies (such as national transport portals) solely for AIS140 safety compliance requirements.
• Technical Protection: Our tracking dashboards utilize SSL/TLS socket encryption, database access logs, and regular network threat monitoring.

As an enterprise customer, you maintain control over your system data:

• You can update or correct profile details from the admin dashboard panel.
• You may request complete telemetry history wipes upon account deactivation, subject to statutory retention requirements.

Our privacy parameters conform directly to the IT Act of India and relevant state-level telematics transmission mandates. Any amendments to our privacy statement will be published here with an updated effective date.
